These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of balancebeans.com and related addresses (the “Site”) and to any purchase of products from Balance Beans (“Balance Beans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or order from us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to purchase our products. Laws about hemp-derived CBD products vary by state and country. It is your responsibility to make sure our products are legal where you live and where you have them delivered.
About our products
Balance Beans coffee is made with hemp-derived CBD. Our CBD is THC-free, and our coffee is not intended to produce a “high.” Our coffee also contains caffeine.
Drug testing. Hemp products can contain trace compounds, and drug-testing methods vary. We cannot guarantee that using our products will not affect the result of a drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, please take that into account before using any CBD product.
Health information is not medical advice
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site — including descriptions of potential benefits — is for general information only and is not medical advice.

Orders, pricing, and payment
Orders are placed by contacting us. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you, including the products, price, and pickup or delivery details. Prices and availability can change at any time before an order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, an error appears in pricing or product information, or we cannot deliver to your location — and we will refund anything you have paid for a cancelled order. Payment terms are confirmed with you when you order.
Pickup, delivery, and satisfaction
Pickup and delivery options are arranged when your order is confirmed. If there is a problem with your order — something is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered — contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.
